Our experience here was deeply frustrating from start to finish. First, the location is misleadingly secluded, and a nearby hotel with the exact same name caused major Waze confusion—we wasted 20 minutes circling before finding the right spot. Worse, there’s no elevator, yet we were assigned to the 4th floor—an enormous hassle for anyone with luggage or mobility issues. In the room, the door knob was broken (we had to jiggle it repeatedly to lock/unlock), and the internet was painfully slow. This rendered the “smart TV” useless: Netflix wouldn’t connect, and the cable was so blurred and fuzzy it was unwatchable. Save yourself the stress—skip booking this hotel entirely.

The room is clean. Ung TV lang malabo😊 The surrounding place is clean and quiet. Meron na man carienderia sa kanto na masarap ang ulam (para sa nagtitipid).

للأسف مكثة اكثر من ساعة وسائق التكسي يبحث عن الفندق وعندما عثر عليه وجدة مغلق من سنة حسب كلام الجيران وبلصدفة انتقلت الى بنسيون مجاور واخذت غرفة وبعد حوالي ساعتين يخبرني موظف الإستقبال اني لدي حجز في هذا البنسيون وتم إرجاع مالي ولكن كانت الغرفة كا السجن ورئحتها كريها جداً جداً مما ادا لي الأرق وعدم إستطاعتي النوم فا أطررت إلى الخروج منه بلإضافة الى كان موظف الإستقبال طوال اليل يستخدم جواله بمسيقة مرتفعة ومجعزة على العموم انصح شركتكم بلتحري عن ما يعرض من قبل العامة لفنادقهم من حسن ما تقدمة للعميل وانصح هذا البنسيون بإغلاقة رحمة بلبشر

Just go to this place via Angkas or Joy ride so you won’t get lost. The place is good. Clean and nice. The staffs are very accommodating.

I was there yesterday meron kc akong problema sa tuhod napakakabait ng staff lalo n c kuya receptionist npkahelful talaga nya he help me everything..ung place is very clean ung aircon is super lamig😘then may heater p cla...And sobrang linis salute to the owners for hiring helful staff and ang mababait tlga...i was at room 307...

I extended for another night. The staff are very helpful. The AC was quite, i slept well (i’m sensitive with the noise). Thank you again.
