while my family stayed for eight days they saw that the ac was leaking on the floor, I told them to tell the reception. they said ok ok..until they left the hotel it was not fixed. no action they are slow to work on the problem.

The room was not that clean there were stains all over the bed sheets, the bathroom is nearly collapsing although the food was very good and the staff are friendly as well

They cleaned the room when I went to check in. When I walked in the first thing that i noticed was the overwhelming chemical smell. It lingered for hours. Then the AC was on full blast. There's no remotes in the room for both the TV and AC and treat you as if you're going to steal them. Strange. I had to ask 3 times for the AC remote and even then he wanted to turn it down and not just give it to me for 5 seconds to do it myself. They hold the remotes hostage which is kinda comical. An then there was no trashcan in the room either. Maybe they assumed that you were going to steal that as well :) Strange place overall

I stayed for 4 days sa room ko po ay sira yong cr ayaw mag flush pumunta ako front desk to ask for pump para toilet ako na sana gagawa pero nag utos siya ng room boy tapos pinuntahan lang sabing babalikan hindi naman bumalik hanggang 4 days ginawa ko sa public cr nalang akonnag cr

This is a small dirty smelly room. No windows, no wardrobe, not even toilet paper or shower gel. Other people's hair is all over the floor. On the plus side, there is WiFi and helpful staff, they let me leave my luggage at the reception while I was waiting for my evening flight.

Hotel lobby is so appealing but the guest room is not that good. Room wallpaper is peeling off. CR is not well cleaned, clogging lavatory and slightly damaged fixtures.
