馬尼拉蓮花酒店 (Manila Lotus Hotel)

糟糕透頂，簡直是噩夢般的住宿體驗，我不會推薦這家酒店。 我周遊世界，住過很多酒店，這次遇到最無禮、最令人不快的客人。我預訂這家酒店是因為照片看起來很漂亮，但結果卻大失所望。我在這家酒店住了六天，第一天早餐時，保温餐枱上空空如也，什麼都沒擺出來。第二天早上九點我吃早餐，還是什麼都沒有。我向一位工作人員投訴，他們説已經告訴了經理。經理説他們以後不會再放食物了，因為早上六點到十點這段時間沒有食物太浪費了。九點的時候還是沒有食物，他們也不願意擺出來，工作人員的態度非常惡劣。 這衹是我入住的第一天，網絡就很差。我多次致電前台，但他們都沒有提供幫助。入住酒店的第四天凌晨3點，我再次致電前台尋求幫助，因為Wi-Fi連接中斷了。我要求派人到我的房間來幫我解決問題。前台説沒人會來，因為沒人願意幫忙。幾天過去了，仍然沒有人真正提供幫助。這時，我提前30分鐘打電話給客房服務送水。到了健身房一個小時後，我又打電話給前台送水。更令人失望的是，他們的健身房非常臟。我在健身房鍛鍊時，客房服務人員進來問我是否鍛鍊完畢。感覺他們根本不想離開健身房，態度極其惡劣。他們還在使用健身房，就立刻問我是否鍛鍊完畢。而且，我的房間顯然沒有被客房服務人員徹底打掃乾淨。馬尼拉蓮花酒店的員工極其粗魯無禮。 如果您是商務旅客，最好選擇其他酒店，而不是這家，不過他們餐廳的工作人員很友善。

飯店設施有點老舊 但是服務人員很親切 臨近Robinson Place 離NAIA機場也不遠 有機會可以來試試看

NAIAからGRABで30分、マラテの中心地にありアクセスは抜羣です。 歯磨きがありませんが、エアコンの効きは良好&朝食のクオリティーも宿泊費に込みのためリーズナブルにマラテに泊まりたい方にはオススメです。

Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great too. The only complaint we have is the bed bugs as I earned 12 itchy bites when I use the 'brown' blanket. Suggestion: Even if the blanket is not used from the previous guest(s), please make sure everything in place for the new fuest is spotless clean and fresh.

Pro: The hotel service is good. The room I booked is clean and the space is packed with storage and drawers. Breakfast is also good. The hotel rate is cheap. Location is accessible to nearby restau and stores but be wary of some street children. Cons: The entrance of the hotel is only a one-way street and has an ongoing construction. Tho it is beyond the control of the hotel as it is a government project. Unfortunately it has only a street parking.

Worth the price. Breakfast is superb. Keep it up. Clean rooms.

This is our go to place every time we are in Manila. So accessible and the staff are helpful.

When I checked in, the amenities and breakfast schedule were not explained to me and I had to ask before it was discussed. The room itself was poor. It was extremely hot despite the AC being turned on max (the AC was just too weak and old). There was a giant cement pillar in the middle of the room which was a hassle to go around when going around the room. The pillow was small and tough, and the blanket too small. There were no free hotel slippers. Shower had good water pressure and the water temperature was comfortable. The provided shampoo and shower gel were extremely diluted. I was woken up in the morning by construction noises outside the window. Breakfast buffet was low-mid tier. Food was extremely average to poor. The manager (?) lady kept shouting and scolding the servers which ruined the atmosphere of the dining area. They also did not refill the empty food dishes in the buffet, so plenty choices were unavailable. Overall I wouldn't book here again. It was an underwhelming experience.

My 2nd time here! I decided to come back to this hotel after my one-week 永安 to Puerto Galera. The front desk and security remembered me and greeted me warmly. I left my neck pillow the week before and when I inquired this to the front desk, they immediately contacted house keeping and within 20 minutes, brought the neck pillow to my room. Can't find any fault in the service. The location is also superb, I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Manila!
