服務熱情，環境尚可。這裏交通相對來説很方便，房間裏的床還可以，衹是衞生間的衞生有待提高。其他地方還可以。。。。

the room is leaking from the aircon under my head and it’s so noisy in my beside room and also i ask the hotel to cancel my remaining days of booking because i was planning to travel abroad and i still have 8days left but they refused and cant refund my booking so bad experience …

Level of service: Satisfactory. Whatever I asked for they either satisfied the request or did their best to do so. The facility was also above average and they had free filtered water on every floor which was convenient. The location was good; [close to the main airport]. The cleanliness was ok, no complaints. Extended stay was possible in occupied room and it was accommodated at an affordable price, which was really nice. My suggestions: 1. Please do be in a position to make a local call which I asked for and they were unable to do. 2. Please don't call to ask about an extension when you were already informed about it, this can be inconvenient for a weary traveler. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

部屋によるかもしれないけど4000番台の部屋はゴキブリの量がやばいしハエも結構飛んでる 立地は駅が近いのはいいのですが治安が結構悪いところだと思います シャワーの水圧はとても弱いです デポジットなしで安く泊まりたい人向け

この辺(最寄り駅はquirino、キリノ駅)の地域は夜は危険です。私は4泊し危険な目に遭いませんでしたが、発生してもおかしくない場所でした。 ホテル代は3000円台でした。 私は英會話ができるので現地ツアーガイドの人に後で聞くと、3000円台は高く2000円台が相場だそうです。 唯一、シャワーがぬるま湯なのは助かりました。他のホテルは水しか出ないそうなので、ここだけ良いです。

マラテにある。 ご存知の通り、治安はよくないがそれでも同じマニラでもカリエドやバクラカン、エドザよりはマシ。 そんなエリアでも何て事はない。 ホテルは快適そのもの。 周りにはコンビニ、床屋、さらに高架鉄道のキリノまで歩いて數分。またここはマニラのメイン大通り、タフトアベニュー沿いなので地理的に分かり易い。 キリノ駅の近くにマクドナルド、ジョリビーもある。

安いが、とにかく汚い。水回りにはゴキブリがたくさんいるし、廊下には死んだゴキブリが放置されていた。タオルには髪の毛が着いていた。アメニティは無し。

The room is way too different than the picture, no amenities provided (had to ask for the tissue), the doors were hard to lock, bed has one layer of cover with one pillow and a duvet cover as blanket, the bathroom floors were very slippery as well as the room floor, there were booger stains (?) on the bathroom walls, grouts were very dirty and i’m not sure if it’s mold there. The only good thing there was the male staff who brought up the luggage and one lady who welcomed downstairs. Also has cockroaches in the bathroom and was given a bug spray - i asked to be moved rooms but was informed that i’d have to pay for a different type of room since others were already taken of the same type.
