對待中國人非常不友善，態度惡劣，一直臭着臉 第一天的電視機無法看，通知櫃枱後，拖拖拉拉，之後第二通打電話櫃枱時，還直接掛斷電話，後來發火才假裝道歉 房間的毛巾也是，有的換有的不換，有的給有的沒給，你們家也不便宜，怎麼這麼摳 Was extremely unfriendly towards the Chinese people, with a harsh attitude and always wearing a sour face.

Thank you for the warm accommodation. We had to go to manila for my mom’s medical and had to extend . The food is good and the location is very convenient.

All the staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient in terms of shopping and dining. Very satisfactory stay with good value. Well done. The only suggested area for improvement is room cleaners should try to keep trolly noise down especially after 10pm.

Hotel Kimberly accommodation, location, services and breakfast buffet is very good for the price. It is not so many choices for breakfast but it is pretty good compared to the plated one. Room is spacious, clean and the toilet has bidet. The hotel staff are helpful and very kind. I would recommend this hotel if you haven't try it.

We chose Kimberly Hotel mainly for its location (2 to 4 minutes walk to The Robinson's Place). Everything was up to our expectation (clean floor, matresses, comforters, bathroom/bathtub, towels etc), the housekeeping was excellent. Hotel receptionists, the security guards etc were all very helpful. The breakfasts were also good. Will stay there again in the future.
