2D1N stay at Binondo Chinatown is good. Which the hotel location is perfect if you want to explore the Binondo Chinatown from the Chinese food and restaurants and many more. Aside from the location the staff of the hotel is accommodating and kind.

My two-day stay at this hotel: The service was acceptable; staff were responsive enough to basic requests. Notably, the receptionists were consistently friendly and welcoming, which was a definite plus. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms and common areas were noticeably dirty, impacting the comfort of my stay.

The hotel is terrible, old, everything is dirty, dusty, rusty. There is no hot water, although we called a plumber twice. They take a deposit, but it is not clear for what. The location is also inconvenient, the area is unsafe and noisy. The window is painted over, it is always dark. The room is small and uncomfortable

complete discrepancy between the photos of the deluxe room when booking and the room in real life (photos attached). Pros: the hotel is located in an interesting area, there are many shops and cafes and fruit stalls nearby, the room has a TV, air conditioning, there is hot water, but since the shower head does not work well, the water pressure is very weak, there is a water cooler on each floor, a working elevator. Cons: bed linen with stains, an old mattress with pellets, no glass on the windows only mosquito netting and shutters made of boards that do not close well, accordingly, since there are no window panes, all the noise from the street and the smell of burning and cooking from the cafe below will be in your room around the clock ... you will not be able to get a good night's sleep. The room was not cleaned even once in three days.

The facilities were just about complete! They had an elevator, pail, water dispenser, dipper, bidet. The aircon was good, the bed, pillows and blanket and comforter were comfortable and made for a nice sleep. They have a great location for the Binondo crawl and while I wanted to eat at the Fb go-to's, there were always a lot of people so better luck next time. The next day, they allowed us to place our stuff somewhere while we went to 168 Mall. And thank you for the tikoy!
