I am a smoker booked a room with balcony. Bad luck, policy says you can't. Take me 15min to get to the street to smoke another 15 to get up. Check in took 25min. The view was great.

The room is different from the photos posted on the booking app. There are many cockroaches, and the bed is in poor condition. The customer service assistance is not helpful Garbage collection as told between 6pm-8pm never happen Over Terrible and Worst

The booking was fast, checking in on the first room which was in the 31st floor that we booked was slow we arrive around 2pm but we’re able to check in past 3pm. The first room we have was ok but the only complaint we have is that there are many cockroaches crawling in the wall, floor, kitchen and even in the bed. We have a bunk bed and under the mattress when I lay down I can see cockroaches crawling. I have to put cotton balls in my ear as I’m scared it will crawl inside my ear. The second room we check in on the 16th floor, we have no complaint at all it is clean and very comfortable. Staff was helpful.

Not a very good hotel if you are planning to stay for more nights. I with my friends stayed there for about 3 nights. The push shower in the washroom was not working from the day of check in. We complained them about 3 times and then they replaced it on the second day. There was no bath soap and the toothbrushes were so hard that it literally damaged our tooth.

We checked in on August 4 and checked out on August 7. We booked and paid for a deluxe room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. However, we were surprised that the staff gave us the wrong room with a double deck bed instead of a double bed. We complained but they have no available room the same with what we paid for. We were not able to sleep well because the upper deck height is too low that every time we arise we almost bumped our head to the upper deck. Moreover the support frame of the upper deck is broken and it is temporarily supported. Please see attached pictures.

Maganda yung place, very convenient maluwag. Merong supply ng tubig na inumin. There's a balcony that you can enjoy the view. Over all we are satisfied and happy.

I stayed in a room on the 16th floor with a balcony. The location is convenient and the place is generally clean, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable smell in the room and I spotted few small cockroaches. Thankfully, I had brought my own air freshener and disinfectant spray, which helped. Overall, the stay was manageable, but the odor and pests definitely took away from the experience.

Пишу для будущих туристов. Никогда не бронируйте здесь, иначе ваш отдых будет испорчен. Это не отель, это частное жилье, кондоминимум! МЫ приехали ночью с Себу. Ждали хозяина, он пришёл и потребовал депозит 3000 песо. У нас не было свободных, мы на один день с самолёта, переночевать.. Но хозяин предложил оставить паспорт в залог! Вы серьёзно? Оставить основной документ частному лицу, в чужой стране... Кто на это решится? ТРЕБОВАЛ с нас ID. У россиян нет его.. Через 40 минут нас заселили в номер, взяли депозит. В номере нечем укрыться, только покрывало- плед, не свежие. Мелкие тараканы в номере. Ладно, хотелось спать и мы согласны были на все. Утром мы решили перед выездом искупаться в бассейне. Нас туда не пустили. Сначала выясняли по рации с охраной, в итоге не пустили. Хотя в описании этого размещения есть бассейн. В этом размещении мы испытали унижение, с нами обращались как с преступниками. Прилагаю фото... Не советую никому это размещение. ТРИПКОМУ НУЖНО выяснить условия размещения недостоверной информации. Это худшее за 20 лет моих путешествий. А хозяину этого размещения, я желаю больше доверять людям. На нашем месте можете оказаться и вы... Унизительно.
