環境が良く、とてもゆっくり休むことができました。ベッドや布団も清潔で、においもなく、快適に過ごせました。サービスも素晴らしかったです。レストランの料理も種類が豊富で楽しめました。ただ、時々新鮮でない果物があったのが少し殘念でした。

A gem in the heart of Manila. Sheraton Manila Bay is an amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a relaxing experience at a plush and beautiful hotel.

I love the location its near to everything First stay My kids loved to stay here because of the welcoming staff and the amazing care for the kids which the kids had so they always want to stay here Second time the treatment was so cold and far away from first experience Even for the kids Also the staff who were at the entrance of the restaurant were rude Before check up I complained to the management and they listened carefully and tried to make it up by treat us with some icecream Any way thats my experience But at general the hotel is clean and near from activities near by malate

First time to stay at this hotel since it is no longer the Pan Pacific. Generally the hotel is much brighter. The food has improved significantly and the lobby bar is cosy. Some downsides. Front desk were not helpful in encouraging me to book again as they said my partner could not check in before me if her name was not on the reservation. As we are aware 永安 only allows for one name on the reservation. So they lost the business to a competitor. On a note of more concern. My laundry was handled atrociously. I believe it has been washed but certainly not ironed. Absolutely unwearable. All else fine.

1. Service: While the staff were diligent, I noticed that fulfilling requests often took longer than expected and sometimes required multiple staff members to complete a single task. This inconsistency, while not overly disruptive, did affect the smoothness of my stay. 2. Birthday Celebration: I requested a birthday celebration, but the offerings were limited to a balloon and a towel shaped like a cake, which didn’t meet my expectations. In my experience, other 5-star hotels usually provide a complimentary cake without needing to ask, especially my actual birthday is during my one week stay. I only received a cake after making a direct request. 3. Amenities: I was disappointed that the room did not include a coffee machine for coffee capsules. This is a standard amenity in many 5-star hotels. 4. Highlight Service: One positive note was that the hotel accommodated my request to reheat squid ink rice from an outside restaurant (see pic for reference)
