Awesome place. Heart of the city. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. All tourist points are easily accessible.

The stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and hygienic and service was excellent. The hotel is located very conveniently near manipal university with a lot of places to visit nearby including restaurants and museums among others. Overall, a really good experience. Loved it.

Spacious rooms. However, the towels provided were of average quality. Do note the hotel lobby is located on the 2nd floor.

Make my 永安 rates are way higher than offline rates. They did not offer ac though it is mentioned in the property details that ac facility is available. Extra pillows, bed spreads etc were not provided despite multiple requests. Creepy service guys. For the price, not worth enough.

The service was great, the rooms were clean, there was almost everything available nearby to the location. I would stay here whenever i’m in manipal.

The hotel is conveniently located in manipal and 5 mins away from mitt campus, the rooms are clean and has an extra bed in super deluxe rooms to accommodate one more person. Tea and coffee can be provided and for lunch and dinner 1 minutes walk away there are lot of food joints. The staff is friendly and helpful.
