Erwartungsgemäß sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Badezimmer eineandfrei sauber. Das Hotelzimmer selbst ist renovierungsbedürftig. Insbesondere die Teppichböden. Aber für das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist es ideal für 2-3 Nächte zum Übernachten. Die Hotelterasse ist super. Das Personal sehr freundlich und der Hotelmanager echt Klasse! Ich kann das Hotel ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Very dirty. When we arrived there were many things not done yet, the shower still had shampoo stains from the former occupant, there was no toilet paper, the towels were stained.. our rooms window was right above a sitting area, probably in front of the hotel bar. Every single day loud noises, talking people, even on weekdays. The day before the check out, that went on until 00:30..

Der Abfluss war mit Haaren verstopft und es gab keine Handtücher. Aber trotzdem war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut+++

I had a great time. Probably one of the best hotel experiences in Germany, because this hotel is located just between Heidelberg and Mannheim! So easy to access both of them!! So I did the first day I looked around Heidelberg and the second day Mannheim and near Frankfurt!! Also the hotel's amenities and cleanliness is perfect!!! I will definitely stay again

Spontaner kurz永安, Hotel ist direkt an der Strassenbahnlinie hat also seine Vor- und Nachteile. Für mich wars super. Angenehmes Betriebspersonal an Rezeption und Küche. Es war günstig und es war alles da was man braucht. Daher 100% Punkte ist Empfehlenswert
