Gänge mit alten Teppichböden und alten Türen, sowie alte Bäder/Duschkabinen brauchen Renovierung. Zimmer sind sauber und wurden bereits gut renoviert, ebenfalls Eingangsbereich. Die Lage in der MA Innenstadt umgeben von Imbissbuden muss man mögen. Als günstiges Hotel in dieser Lage o.k., aber nichts besonderes.

There was a problem with Air con that it was making really loud noise right after every ten min. And i end waking up whole night due to this.

I recently stayed at this establishment and, overall, I’m quite satisfied. The location is simply perfect — close to everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s definitely a major asset! However, one important downside: the noise at night. The rooms, although nicely decorated, suffer from insufficient soundproofing. You can hear not only people walking outside but also noise from neighboring rooms — sometimes even objects falling in the rooms next door! This clearly affects the quality of sleep, especially for light sleepers. As for the decor, nothing to complain about — it’s modern, tasteful, and well put together. I’d easily give it an 8/10. Regarding the bathroom facilities, they’re functional, but would benefit from a more thorough cleaning, especially the toilet bowls. While it’s a minor detail, it does impact the overall impression of the place’s standard. I’d rate this aspect a 7/10. In summary, despite a few minor issues, the overall comfort is satisfactory. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a well-located place with good value for money. Overall rating: 8.5/10, with hope that a few improvements will be made soon to reach excellence.

최악의 호텔. 바닥과 화장실에는 머리카락 떨어져 있고 호텔 문이며 모든 상태가 더러워서 참을 수 없었습니다. 우리가 왜 이런 숙박시설에 돈을 지불했는지 의심스럽습니다. 우리는 7개 방을 3박 예약했지만 결국 사용할 수가 없었습니다. 이 호텔에 머무는것을 경고합니다!!!!!

Das Zimmer und das Frühstück waren ok. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Nicht genug Hotelzimmer Parkplätze

I got a room near the elevator and there’s quite a lot of people going in and out. Sound proof isn’t exactly good and I didn’t get too much sleep.

非常好的酒店，入住的女士可以免費得起泡酒一杯，前台接待的非常有禮貌有笑容。

Sehr schickes Interieur, schöne Möbel, gemütliches Zimmer. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cocktailbar war ebenfalls nett. „Fancy“, wie es heißt, trifft das ganze sehr gut, in positiven Sinn. Preislich absolut top, Frühstück mit 20€ zwar über dem Standardpreis aber auch viel geboten beim Buffet. Kaffee durfte auch nach Frühstückszeiten geholt werden, absoluter Pluspunkt, auch für die kleine Maschine auf dem Zimmer 🙏
