The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel itself is sort of worn out: there are greasy walls, some fixtures are broken but nothing too terrible. The big problem is the ventilation: the windows cannot be opened "for security reasons", so there is no way for the fresh air to get inside the rooms.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel except maybe for the breakfast (buffet) which was good (nothing crazy either). Otherwise, the service wasn’t really great, they don’t speak well English, we asked if it was possible to have the room earlier (we came with the night bus from Rantepao at 5.00 am), before noon no, except if we paid more (more than half day) or if we stayed a day shorter… well…  Then room was small, not a lot of light came in and smelt of moisture.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Wyjątkowo dobre śniadania z ogromnym wyborem posiłków. Czysto w porównaniu do innych indonezyjskich hoteli.

Recommended... staycation 4 malam nginap disini sangat nyaman, Seluruh stafnya ramah, makanan breakfast enakk, jika mau makan siang bisa jajan di resto hotel whort it harga sangat terjangkau.. Serta lokasinya yang strategis dekat pantai losari dan dekat klinik kecantikan arayu 😁 In Syaa Allah... Next time bakalan nginap disini Lagi...
