My room was reasonably clean, although the bathroom floor and shower definitely needed more a more thorough clean. Mould in the bathroom tiles grout and some other unidentifiable mess on the floor also Mould and some other unidentifiable mess in the shower. I purchased my owner cleaning products and just did it myself. The included Breakfast was pretty good as was the dining room and adjacent bar. Catering staff were also nice.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location. The room we had was a suite, it was a nice room but a bit small for a family of four. Nevertheless, the staff were especially friendly and helpful, which made our stay experience positively memorable.

Great hotel in a great location…!  However, even though we paid $300 per night for 3 nights, there was no car park available for our car & we had to park in a paid car park near by.  This is not good enough…!!!  Some veggies (baby spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc) would have been good with the yummy bacon & eggs each day.

We stayed here during our short 永安 to Noosa. Good location, but the hotel is between the buildings, so don’t expect a nice view. Breakfast was provided for free, and both my partner and I really enjoyed it. Definitely will come back if we pass through here in the future.
