酒店是個度假村，有Palace（高端版）和Hotel（廉價版），中間是**。Hotel這邊年久失修，實在是太舊了，房間裏很多金屬設備都生銹了，也不更換，有點三線城市五星級酒店的落敗感。前台的服務員也是班味十足。健身房在隔壁Palace，看得出來Palace應該有重新裝修過。 早餐也挺一般的，餐廳特別昏暗，食物選擇也很少。 2500一晚定的套房，除了房間夠大，沒有任何優點。 馬拉喀什有很多更值得入住的好酒店，這間請避雷。

J ai voyager avec ma femme et ce voyage a été catastrophique. Ayant l habitude de Marrakech et des hôtels assez repûtes de la ville je voulais essayer cet hôtel . Mais plus jamais il est a fuir . Le service est inexistant le personnel de l hôtel est mal élevé et incompétent et feignant. Le voiturier ne fais absolument rien de ses journée à part regarder les femmes d autrui . Quant au bagagiste qui vous suive dans le seul et unique intérêt de récolter un pourboire . C est une honte de noter de 5 étoiles cet hôtel qui est vieux et poussiéreux Nous avions réserver une suite avec un King size . La literie est dure Les meubles poussiéreux Une terrasse avec vue sur les Clim et un hôtel désert . À FUIR TOUT SIMPLEMENT.

Definitely a very very old heritage hotel with a lot of history! The hotel premises are stunning. The reception and lounge staff were so nice and helpful. I do think, the hotel could do with a litte but of refurbishing especially for the rooms. But I cannot complain! Got the best deal, and had a really good time and the breakfast out in the garden under orange trees was like straight out of a movie! Loved it!!! Great location, close to many more hip and happening hotels, bars, restaurants and cafes.

酒店很大，分為place和hotel兩部分，辦理入住是分開的。酒店的環境真好，園林又大又美，非常舒適。房間設施比較舊了，衣櫃門都關不上了。床、枕頭、被子很舒服，能讓人睡個好覺。早餐不錯，挺豐盛的。

Excellent hotel. Beautiful lush green oasis with so many trees, plants and birds. Love the 60s architecture and interior design and elegant pastel pink and green colours carried across the whole hotel. Pool really nice and very relaxing with great service. Ate in the gastronomique restaurant food was good and service excellent. Staff very warm and friendly.
