We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort — it genuinely ticked every box. The food was consistently good and, best of all, always available. No matter the time, there was something fresh and tasty ready to go. The same goes for the drinks — plenty of choice, always flowing, and no long waits. Exactly what you want from an all-inclusive experience. The pool was spotless and well maintained, with a great atmosphere throughout the day. There were loads of activities like darts, archery, and regular performances that kept things fun and lively without ever feeling overwhelming. Great food, great drinks, a clean pool, and plenty to do — we left relaxed and already thinking about our next visit.

Très bel hôtel nourriture de qualité Professionnalisme de l’équipe de réception et l’equipe en général. Équipe de restauration très bien mais j’ai pu remarquer que le traitement des client par certains serveur, notamment 2, est différents selon la nationalité Je recommande cet hôtel même si pour un 5 étoiles certains points sont à revoir notamment dans les chambres

J’ai séjourné récemment à l’hôtel Pickalbatros et franchement rien à dire, tout était parfait. Ma demande spéciale a été prise en compte avec beaucoup d’attention. Le personnel est juste formidable, toujours souriant et très professionnel.  La vue de ma chambre sur le golf était magnifique, un vrai plaisir. Le restaurant aussi impeccable, la qualité et le service étaient au rendez-vous. Seul petit point à améliorer : les serviettes, peignoirs et draps qui semblaient un peu usés. Mais à part cela, tout était excellent. Je recommande vivement !

Tout est bien par contre on a appris en partant qu il y avait des restaurant le soir sur réservation ??? Je croyais qu il y avais une salle de sport !!!! on a jamais reçu le plan de l hôtel !!!

Énormément déçu de cet hôtel qui n'as rien d'un 5 étoiles que j'ai pût faire dans d'autres pays, le spa ne se situe pas dans l hôtel mais à 3mn à pieds, la piscine pas très éclairé odeur d humidité qui remonte, le sauna classique, le hammam classique, vestiaires vétustes, ascenseur pas entretenu, petit déjeuner buffet classique pas oufff, chambre sympa on vous accueil avec une assiette de fruits et de gâteaux orientaux mais impression qu ils ont remis un coup de peinture une légère odeur,la douche était bouché ça débordé un peu, etc etc... Bref je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel au vu du prix et il ne mérite pas 5 étoiles.
