酒店位置很好，在馬拉喀什火車站後面，但酒店設施十分老舊，前台第一間給我的房間，門咭插入咭槽卻拔不出來，只好換一間房間，但他總給我吸煙房，最後被安排在二樓房間，除了很小外，浴室還很舊，床頭燈是壞的，浴室花灑漏水，乾濕分離和洗手枱不排水，電話是裝飾用，根本不會通等等問題。我原本訂了入住3晚，結果當晚就通知永安想取消後面兩晚，但我的訂單不能取消，酒店為了補償我們，便免費升等比較好的房間，我們才勉強住下去。

就在火車站出來，步行可到達的距離。雅高集團管理，乾淨衞生。早餐有椰棗，無花果等本地特產。游泳池整體風格都是馬拉喀什粉城的特點

The hotel location is good and well maintained. However, during breakfast, there was confusion about the charge 72 or 73 MAD . One staff member named Mustafa charged 73 MAD but my sister was paid 72 MAD . I keep asking what is the correct amount . Later,Mustafa was rude when returning 1 MAD difference, showing a bad attitude. Another staff member, Aissam, politely apologised on his behalf. Aissam professionalism and courtesy were greatly appreciated, and he deserved to have credit Hope the hotel management can improve staff behaviour and ensure consistent service and breakfast replenishment.

Deplorable cleanliness. Bathroom battered and full of mould. Rubbish left on units from previous occupants. Only one towel given for two occupants and took multiple attempts to get a second over the course of two hours. Recommend to use an alternative hotel if available, only use this one as a last resort.

Absolutely not. We chose to stay here as we were landing late into Marrakesh and leaving early in the morning on the bus to Essaouira- this hotel is perfectly located for the bus station, which was why we chose it. When we arrived at about 11pm we were told that the hotel hadn’t received their payment from 永安 so we had to pay again, immediately. We didn’t have much choice so ultimately agreed, and raised it as an issue with 永安. The hotel didn’t reply to the 永安 customer service agent enquiries.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, the room is spacious. The hotel is near the city center train station, McDonald's, KFC and Starbucks. It is very cheap to take a taxi to the attractions. The hotel swimming pool is also very wide. I can't believe that this hotel is only 40 pounds.

位置是真好，出門進火車站真的就兩分鐘，正對面就是公交站，去各個景點都方便。早餐全是碳水炸彈，好在有熱水。房間雖未配吹風，但一説就給了一個用。服務整體滿意。
