對酒店的服務十分不滿意。我退房後發現自己的重要葯品遺忘在酒店房間，致電酒店希望能幫助快遞到拉巴特，酒店表示拒絕，衹能我自己聯繫人去取。請問我一個異國遊客如何去操作呢？我住酒店不就是希望在異國獲得酒店的幫助嘛。

Terrible experience with rude staff, forced extra charge, and no refund I had an extremely bad experience with this hotel. I booked one double bed room, which clearly allows two people. However, at check-in, the front desk staff insisted that only one person was allowed to stay unless we paid an extra €25 for the second person. This was never clearly stated at the time of booking. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. During the conversation, the front desk staff said “do whatever you like, sir” in a sarcastic and disrespectful way. His behavior and facial expressions made us feel unwelcome and discriminated against. Because of this unacceptable treatment, I was forced to cancel the reservation on the spot. Later, I discovered that the hotel refused to refund the booking, causing me a direct financial loss of €75. This situation was entirely caused by the hotel’s unreasonable policy and poor service, yet the guest was the one who had to pay the price. This is not about money. It is about honesty, respect, and basic customer service. Based on my experience and the many similar complaints in other reviews, this hotel does not treat guests fairly. I strongly do NOT, do NOT, do NOT recommend this hotel. Stay elsewhere.

Good location. Fair price. TERRIBLE customer service. I don’t recommend this hotel. The untrained staff discriminate against some types of guests. فندق يقع في مكان جيد وسط مراكش وقريب من جيليز. الأسعار مناسبه. يوجد به مكان مخصص للكحول.بعض الموظفون لا يجيدون التعامل مع المسلمين بالذات. بل هناك تفرقه بين الاجانب ( ذو البشره الشقراء) وبين العرب والمسلمين. معاملة بعض موظفي الاستقبال تتسم ببعض أنماط الخداع بقصد او غير قصد.

This is our 4th or 5th stay. We stay here because daughter likes pool. Some staff are cold. The breakfast is below average as the selection is poor with heavy cheap items (bread-pastry- egg). The location is great. The price is fair. The swimming pool is nice. I booked two rooms. This maybe our last stay in this hotel as some staff lack professionalism. Upon checking in we asked the receptionist to provide courtesy breakfast since it was not part of the booking. He told me that he will let me know upon checking with manager. He did not. Next day while having breakfast a worker asked about my rooms numbers. He told me to pay. I told him to charge it to the room. He kept FOLLOWING me to collect payment!!

Très bien situé. Accueil chaleureux par le voiturier et correct des réceptionnistes. Un peu moyen au bar, sans être mauvais. La chambre est très bien mais l'insonorisation est assez mauvaise envers le couloir. Nourriture correcte sans être incroyable.

Очень симпатичный отель, просторный, чистый и уютный номер! Персонал приветливый, очень быстро меня заселили. А завтрак просто восторг, лучший из всех отелей в Марокко) Расположен в центре, рядом много ресторанов.
