# A Terrible Stay at the Marston Green Moxy Hotel My experience at the Marston Green Moxy Hotel in Birmingham has been nothing short of a nightmare. The booking process was confusing from the start. I could only book for two days initially, and then had to re - book for an additional day when my initial stay was almost up. It was even possible to book another day in the middle of the night. This kind of booking rule is really bizarre. The check - in process was even more ridiculous. I clearly had a "pay - after - stay" voucher, but an Indian - American lady at the front desk insisted that I pay first. After a long wait, she finally gave me the room card. In the evening, when I came back from my business, I found that the door wouldn't open. The staff at the front desk not only didn't reflect on their own problems but also looked at me with obvious contempt and distrust, suspecting that I couldn't pay because of a failed deduction. Communicating with them was extremely difficult. It took nearly half an hour from contacting 永安 customer service to getting through to the hotel. Then there was a long period of coordination. Under the guidance of 永安's domestic customer service, they finally learned how to deduct the payment. The hotel's service is full of loopholes. The front - desk staff have varying levels of professional ability, with bad attitudes and a lack of professionalism. When problems arise, they only blame the guests instead of reflecting on themselves. Such poor service completely betrays the trust of guests and greatly damages the hotel's image. I hope the hotel can face these problems seriously, strengthen staff training and management, or it will lose customers sooner or later!

酒店就在伯明翰NEC展覽館東門，步行兩分鐘的正對面。房間沒有拖鞋，沒有牙刷，周邊的環境面對一個湖，還是比較有點異國風味。早餐相對比較簡單，但是能夠吃飽，前台遇到長春的美女，中文説的非常流利也很熱情。展會期間房價摺合人民幣2600元/間左右，而且不能夠按照需求一次性訂房，先訂了兩天，入住以後再搶到一天，然後再搶到一天。

Very nice family room, very spacious and comfortable. Just what we needed after the day from hell and dealing with a cancelled flight.

酒店很新，房間很乾凈，服務也很好，就是周邊有點偏僻，一樓還是酒吧，有點擔心安全問題

Really close from the train station if you go through NEC. The team were super friendly and the room was clean. Definitely will stay here again if we come to Birmingham.

酒店旁邊有個小公園，環境非常好，對面還有個探險樂園，非常適合遊玩。離市區不是太近，不過開車去周邊曼徹斯特還挺方便。唯獨停車場離了將近800米，實屬不便，

環境不錯 位置也不錯

Great location for people who is exhibiting in the Birmingham NEC center,room has spectacular lake view and clear path to the center entrance.

離伯明翰展館和火車站都非常近，旁邊還有商場可解決吃飯問題，酒店環境、早餐、服務也都不錯，周圍逛逛也很舒適。
