We chose this resort so we could relax around the pool & reunite with family. We paid extra for pool front rooms. Pool was closed due to part needed. That was a lie. They were obviously surveying the area for plans. We booked this 永安 to accommodate family. There was minimal handicap necessities available. Stairs completely surrounding the pool area, so unable to cross over area with handicap person using a cane . We asked 3 times for a bath chair or seat or anything to shower my handicapped sister & no one even got back to us. I had to go purchase a shower chair. We were so disappointed because we then had to rent a car to get around the area & find things to do so we weren’t all just sitting in a room. The vending machines were removed, we couldn’t even get a bottle of water. Highly disappointed. I expected more from a Marriott Resort.
