基本是每企星期出差都會住這間酒店，價錢也很食理。環境很乾凈，_工作人員也很友善。附近也很多美食，步行都可以 到達。很推薦

酒店的位置很好，距離市中心和雙子塔很近，空間方正寬大，設施床品也不錯，旁邊有個熱鬧的夜市，用餐很方便，推薦！

一切都很好 設施簡單但齊全 隔音還行附近很多餐廳和便利店 酒店隔壁也有泰式按摩可以放鬆身心 喜歡打桌球的附近也有很多桌球館

The Management could improve better especially on cleanliness. Blanket & bedsheet got stain everywhere, blood & dirty stain. Curtain also very dirty (this should be taken in actions as the curtain is right beside the bed. Not hygienic). Toilet glass door also quite dirty looks like didn’t brush/ clean it for a long time. Other than that, is ok for us. Thank you for the good services by the polite receptionist. To the management of The Jazz Hotel, please take this review positively as your Hotel location & services is good.

We stayed in the VIP suite, it's a small cozy room. The bathtub is clean, water pressure is decent and the hot water works very well. Toilet is also spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable although the bed sheet is on the rough side. It was a lovely stay and many food places near the hotel.

Generally stayed one night with family. Its in Permas Jaya. Startegic location if you want to drive to Singapore, as the highway direct to Woodlands if nearby. Around the hotel many food shops and convenience shops. Hotel is okay, Could use some updating. wear and tear of the beddings can be seen. Overall cleanliness could be better. AC worked well, Lift no issues. For me, it served its purposes well. The person managing the reception was professional and friendly. Thank You.

Very clean and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room is modern, safe, and comes with good amenities. Perfect for solo travellers.

The overall staying experience is not a pleasant one. One side of the bed causes itchiness and we can’t sleep well for the whole night. Besides that, the blanket got a strong bad smell. Light is quite dim as well.
