I experienced an incident where the lights went out in my room due to an electrical short circuit while I was charging my phone. It happened at 4 a.m., and the hotel staff was very responsive and helpful. Удобное для нас расположение, цена соответствует качеству, отель достаточно старый, но это не портит впечатление. Полотенца были немного уставшие. Завтрак хороший, на местный лад, но все вкусно.

Hotel is located in the city and it’s very convenient . The reception and staffs are very efficient and friendly. Top quality services. The breakfast is amazing and can try various local dishes. Only downside is the hotel television channels are limited. Great and enjoyable stay.

Great location excellent customer service , hospitality and the food was delicious alot of verities of asian and western including their local food . 24hrs room service , house keeping all staffs are very friendly and helpful location city center convient to travel anyway 15 mins to the mall , even to travel to the airport was near and convient .. the spa was great too rooms are well maintained always clean nice view roof top bar was a great one Never miss to stay at Golden Palace to visit Lombok Would love to Thank the management and the Manager Miss Lina, Restaurant Manager, All marketing Managers, Spa Manager Ayu /Jasmine Importantly all STAFFS Of GOLDEN PALACE

It was our 6th stay at this hotel. However we noticed a decline in the service level of the hotel compared to our previous stay. The restaurant food was nearly empty an hour before the breakfast closing time and this happened each morning during our stay. We never had the soap refilled so we used our own. Most of the staff no longer greet you unlike in the past most of them will greet and smile at you. I hope these issues will be addressed properly by the management, otherwise they will lose customers as there are better competitors with similar price range in the city.

Overall bagus, hanya saja lantai kamar seperti lantai rumah, tv model lama, untuk breakfast bervariasi dengan rasa yang soso dan tidak boleh dibawa ke kamar berbeda dengan hotel bintang 5 yang biasa saya menginap itu boleh, selain itu bagus masih standar hotel bintang empat
