Telephone and television not working properly. No hot water in the evening. Very limited choice for breakfast... Bathrooms were not clean as expected from a three star hotel. Not worth the money paid....

My stay was comfortable, but the property is not maintained well the sheets were not very clean... and the food was average I paid 30k for 2 nights and did not feel it was worth the price paid.

Usha Ascots, property is located 10 minutes from market. property is very good. the rooms was spacious. we booked family room suit. which can accomodate 6 persons. Food was good. and the staff is also cooperative. we enjoyed our stay. will plan such outing more often.......

Excellent stay at usha ascot. The staff is courteous, food is excellent, great property, clean rooms. Can spend entire day at the property itself. One of the largest resorts in matheran, we loved our stay as a family. Kid's play area and pool are a boon for the kids. Overall rating: excellent! highly recommended!

excellent hospitality rooms were excellent good food and services all activities in house one you enter in resort don't feel to go out as have games, music, live orchestra ,and night disco. only network problem 😒

Overall it was not a bad experience but on last night, 1 of 5 members had food poisoning with vomiting and stomach pain, next day after we reached mumbai, rest of 4/5 had same problem i. E. Food positioning, the worst ever experience. Since all five had similar problems, it is highly likely, it came from food we had at the usha ascot. Rooms, property, staff etc are all good but these food poisoning has spoiled our experience. Hope hotel is taking due care in terms of quality and hygiene while cooking the food they serve.
