this is a ture review the room was average size bathroom had not exhaust, no ventilation floor was also sticky breakfast was good BUT Staff very very rude they didn't cooperate to keep our cake in refrigerator.. saying it will melt !!?? They stared calling us from 10 am to vacate room.... that too in rude tone and as if we were doing grave mistake. the person came to room and then called twice for vacating room , when we had told him that it will take 15 min more . we left at 10.35 am sharp. that too as I was not feeling well As per rule it was 10 am there pool time is 9.30 to 6.00 which normally people use for sight seeing.... so basically they don't allow to use pool we l

1. The property do not at all meet 3 Star rating as it is claimed on your site. 2. Their house keeping is not up to the mark. 3. Food was of average taste. 4. They do not have much options on food. 5. Room aintenance needs more focus.

We stayed at Adamo the resort for 2 nights and 3 days. We had dinner first. In that Puranpoli was for a dessert which tasted excellent. Over all food was mind-blowing. Then we did swimming. Water was clean. The main thing about food was dinner menu. Each and every dish contained tasty taste . The menu had dahi batata puri pizza variety of vegetables, unlimited rasgullas. We loved their breakfast as well. about staff , room, ambiance overall hotel experience was excellent

Food is good but there is problem of monkey due to which we cant open balcony.. staff are very nice and attentive . You cannot find better hotel than this in Matheran

My stay in Adamo the resort was pleasant. The rooms and hotel ambience were pretty good. I had breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast spread and taste was decent however dinner was average. Overall it was a good stay.

Adamo is an excellent property, delicious food. This property is very close to main market. Overall staff is very cooperative except the boy at reception who is arrogant. I hope Adamo management notices this point.

This resort is very family friendly and you will get memorable experience. Big property, friendly staff, ready to help nature, so many facilities... Kids play area, very hygienic and tasty breakfast with so many options to select with juice, tea, coffee.... Rooms are very big almost 300+ sqft area with balcony.. location is hardly 7-8 min walk from Matheran railway station

Location is good but for kettle and bucket we have to asked. Ready to make tea pouch not kept . One water bottle was given for each adult.
