Hello The overall stay at Pragati Palace , Mathura was poor. The washroom were stinking and without any soap or handwash. The blankets were kept messy in the cupboards. No generator backup. The food was to be served at 8:30 pm which was delivered at 10pm. Hence not a very pleasant stay. Rohini Guleria

Booked this through MMT. The hotel is average. You need to fight for all basic amenities. Else hotel location is good to travel Mathura. Host is good . Provided all the requested things. Had fun!

看起來應該是有兩棟建築，我們住在靠近外側馬路的那棟。服務人員是很好的，但房間的整潔度需要加強，浴室的水量非常的小，洗澡需要等待。

आपकी बुकिंग के अलावा हमें कैश में लगे वहां पर जो हमने पेमेंट किया है आपके कस्टमर केयर के सामने भी वहां का ओनर बदतमीजी से बात कर रहा था आपका इतना घटिया सर्विस होगा मुझे नहीं पता था ओनर ने बोला था आपका यह पेमेंट वापस आएगा लेकिन मेरे पास वापस भी नहीं आया पेमेंट मैं और मेरी वाइफ दोनों वहां पर घूमने के लिए गए थे साथ में मेरे दो दोस्त भी थे तो वहां पर हमने अपनी वाइफ के साथ एक अपने लिए अलग से रूम था उनके लिए जो हमारे दोस्त है अलग से रूम था जिसका पेमेंट हमने सुबह किया था जिसका सेकंड टाइम 6:00 बजे से 12:00 तक का 12:00 के बाद बुकिंग आपके यहां से की थी वहां का ओनर बोल रहा था आप लोग यहां पर गलत काम करने के लिए आए हो आपकी इतनी घटिया सर्विस और रूम वगैरह जो आप दिखते हो इतना घटिया एक्सपीरियंस मेरा आज तक नहीं था जितना आपके यहां से मुझे बुक करने पर पड़ा
