The food is good, the facilities and rooms are not good as per the images shown and expectations. The location is also good.

Property is not as same as in pictures because of no update Worst sevice or we say no service No cleaniness at all

I had been there for Yatra. No doubt good and courtesy wise it’s good. Cleanliness they have to put in more efforts. Moping and cleaning of rooms toiletries to be available no doubt of single use types. Hand towels may also be provided.

The room was not proper. The toilet was broken. The room was not like deluxe. The staff was not professional.

Rooms are too small. Lunch/breakfast is very poor. Rs 4000 charged for room with food which is not at all worth. Same room with food you will get at 2000. Pls do not ever stay. Last booking from make my 永安 too. Rooms are getting at 2800 with food when asked to reception guy. Make 永安 looted with extra rs 1000

The room was very small, the size of the room may not have been an issue if it was clean. I saw spiders, cockroaches and flies in my room. The staff was also very unprofessional i had to call them thrice go just the room cleaned. The service was late. The toilet was covered with flies and mosquitos. Also the food (thali) i ordered had a piece of plastic and the plate in which the food was served was really dirty on complaining about it nobody from the staff paid heed to it. They just took the food amd never responded back. Also i felt really unsafe in the hotel that i had to put a table behind the door to lock the door perfectly.

At night 12. 08 someone entered the room. Opened the door. When i heard the noise i check the gate, it was open. That was a horrible stay as i could not sleep due to fear. Worst hotel

Good but need to clean the floors and doors are also not closing properly so need to check on that but it was a good experience

मैं जब कल 7 तारीख को होटल में आया उसे वक्त हमारा रूम साफ नहीं था होटल का स्टाफ बहुत ही उजाड़ और बदतमीज टाइप का है तथा होटल में कोई खाने पीने की प्रॉपर व्यवस्था नहीं मेरे कहने के 2 घंटे बाद रूम को साफ किया गया और रूम साफ करने वालों ने जब हम लोग घूम के आए तब तक पानी नहीं रखा था रूम का में लॉक ठीक नहीं है बाथरूम का दरवाजा टूटा हुआ है एवं सफाई अत्यंत थी निम्न स्तर की है मैनेजमेंट का रवैया बहुत ही उजाड़ टाइप का है मैं इस होटल में ठहरने के बाद अपने आप को बड़ा सम्मानित महसूस कर रहा हूं मुझे आशा है कि भविष्य में आप इस तरह के होटल के बारे में ऑफर्स नहीं देंगे क्योंकि यह लोग अमाउंट लेने के बाद भी कोई सर्विस नहीं दे रहा है वेरी पुअर और मुझे उम्मीद है कि आप लोग थोड़ा सा किसी से भी कांटेक्ट करने से पहले उसकी सर्विसेज और इसकी स्थिति देख करेंगे धन्यवाद

狹いけど　小ぎれい。ホテルのすぐ近くに、アルコール売り場があるのはとても良い。冷えたビールを部屋で飲める。
