역에서 걸어가도 5-7분 정도로 가깝고, 전화하면 셔틀버스로 송영 서비스도 지원해주는 호텔! 로비도 반짝반짝 완전 웅장하고 시설이랑 서비스도 고급스러워요. 방도 상당히 넓어서 움직이기도 편했구요. 저녁에 연계된 온천으로 셔틀 타고 갈 수 있는데 사람도 많이 없고 야외 노천탕도 즐길 수 있어서 무조건 추천! 조식도 가짓수도 많고 여유로운 느낌 최고였어요. 단점은 셔틀 예약이 원활하지 않아서 마츠모토역 도착해서 전화하는 게 좋고 전부 일본어 외에 다른 언어는 잘 못하시더라구요. 그밖에 다른 것들을 전부 만족이라 다음에 가더라도 꼭 방문하고 싶은 곳!

Despite the fact that the property is old and needs some renovation, I am still happy to leave a very good review. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to Matsumoto station. Additionally, it offers complimentary onsen access at another hotel, with shuttle bus service included. Hotel guests should make full use of these. Reminder: To ensure your seat at the onsen, please make the reservation by 9am every day. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Matsumoto next time.
