環境不錯,處於棉蘭市中心,距離購物中心比較近,離棉蘭市域鐵路站也不遠,打車也比較便捷。需要注意的是棉蘭機場到酒店距離遠,打車過去的話差不多 1 小時車程。

房間酒店還是比較新,房間大小、佈局都很好,服務員服務也好。但是入住第二天下過雨後,冷水是很臟的,熱水還好。 位置在火車站旁邊,但是如果從火車站走到酒店,雖然不遠但是路不好走(基本沒有人行道,摩託車也多)。

Hotel room on the first look great. Room was a bit worn out, stains on the courtin, the tiles and chair in the room. Toilet was not fixed anymore and was lose. Be aware of the nightclub, it’s not a feature if you look for some rest. The bass is clearly to hear throughout the whole hotel. This was not in the description mentioned and all of the good reviews here make it hard to see these comments. The hotel is also located on a frequented road and the windows will not hold up the noise. Breakfast was good and a decent variety of choices.

We encountered several issues during our stay at this Hotel. Firstly, we arrived at the Hotel and waited for 35 minutes in the check-in counter queue, as they should have had all the information that we provided during booking to prepare for the check-in of the day; however, upon reaching our queue to check in at approximately 4:30 pm, we were only informed that our room was not yet ready, and still require to wait another 40 minutes for the housekeeping. We remained in the lobby, waiting until 5:20 pm, and were finally able to collect our room keys. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the water in both the basin tap and toilet WC was a yellowish colour, raising concerns about the quality of the water supply. We have tried to turn on the water tap for more than 15 minutes and flushed the WC more than 6 times, hoping the water would turn white and improve the situation. Sadly, this proves I am wrong with my own theory or assumption. The water quality is a significant concern for the room guests and is not safe for drinking. How can we boil a hot water? Additionally, when we requested the bottled water, we were informed that a surcharge of IDR 20,000.00 per bottle would be applied. Providing clean drinking water wasn't in their house rules or policy. OMG, serious things happen to the hotel guests. We are staying in Room no. XXX and are unable to sleep due to the loud Disco Music and the substantial vibration impacts on the window and the built-in cabinets inside the room. As the loud Disco Music continues non-stop till 3.00 am. Additionally, the curtains were not installed correctly for a complete blackout, as early morning sunlight was coming from the side and directly disturbing the bedhead and the guest's sleep. This means we sleep after 3:00 am and are forced to wake up around 6:30 am. It's really torturous for the room guests in such a situation. In general, as per the Hotel's primary mission, which is to ensure its guests have a pleasant stay, we didn't have such an experience at all in Grand Central Premier, Medan. The following night, we returned from the prayer event around 12:15 am. We are all exhausted, and hope to have a good sleep after the shower. Again, the disco music is louder than it was the night before (as on Saturday night); the vibration is like an earthquake-type signal. We had no other choice but to call the duty manager and request that he come to our room to inspect it. To my surprise, the manager kept apologising and acknowledged that he was also having difficulty dealing with these problems. He suggested upgrading us to the executive floor at Level 9 (at 1:30 am). We provided feedback to the duty manager, but this was not our intention for the free upgrade. Moreover, if we move from level 5 to level 9, the noise and vibration will get worse. We decided not to accept his offer, but instead take the pain by using earplugs or earphones to listen to sentimental music until 3:00 am and then sleep afterwards. Again, we are also disturbed by the sunlight and have to wake us up at 6:30 am. How is this unfair treatment of the hotel guest? We stayed here by making a full payment up front. The hotel is obligated to provide a comfortable stay as a basis. The Disco shouldn't be in the same building as the Hotel, as it would compromise the soundproofing and be heavily disturbing to the hotel guests. If the guests /or you are disco lovers, staying here surely makes sense for their enjoyment. Otherwise, it's truly torturous for your partners or family who are staying here. In summary, we classified the stay as the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We were deeply disappointed with the overall experience, which fell short of the pleasant stay we had anticipated. Hopefully, this critical review will prompt the hotel management /or the brand owner to take these improvement requests seriously and commit to the success of the implementation.

Kebersihan Full Poin. Service Poin Penuh. Fasilitas Lengkap. Minusnya cuma di Lokasi, jalan Merak Jingga terkenal Tukang Parkir Preman, Sekali Parkir kena 15 Ribu. Breakfast Mantap Sekali, Suka Banget dengan Variasi Menunya.

It’s a decent place with comfy beds and cooling air conditioning. But the problem is that the blower wasn’t mounted properly and is shaking like a sugar cane juice machine. Other than that no issue with the room. There is a welcome drink, to claim it you should go to a lounge on the second floor. When you get there they present you a menu and ask you to select a drink, only after you order the drink off their menu do they actually bring the welcome drink telling you that the drink you ordered is also on its way. I honestly believe it’s a gimmick or a scam. Very disappointed.
