worst WIFi, worst plug in near the bed for Indonesian people because it was Malaysian plug jn type so i have to plug in near the tv which is far from my bed. the staff are not quite nice just average attitude. the soap dispenser in the bathroom already empty but they not fill it. wont go back again to this hotel. better find another hotel which can be more cheap and better.

When we checked in, it needed to be cleaned again. In a bit of a developing neighbourhood, was okay for just a pitstop. The second day, they cleaned the room better but still dirt on the walls

The picture that I uploaded is what I expect for Breakfast. But, in fact, the breakfast is the only box sent to your room. And in the room, there is no table, nor a chair. The only way to eat the food is by sitting on the floor to avoid spilling foods on your bed. Don't expect a window if staying here. The bathroom is so small, and the floor is so slippery. Wondering, do they brush the floor even once a week? Won't come again 😅

Location good,senang nak beli makan,tengah malam nak keluar,seberang jalan je,banyak tempat nongkrong and lepak,banyak makanan,dekat je ke carefour,kedai cake Miranti,senang nak kemana2, cuma kebersihan tolong lebih upgrade lagi,bilik ok,small tapi sesuai,hanya kebersihan je tolong di upgrade,yang lain semua ok.

Location is still the best selling point. Walking distance to Plaza Medan and Damri airport bus stops nearby. Mie Rebus Waringin just opposite and KFC behind if you are hungry at night.

Lokasi Superb, berada di sekitaran Gatot Subroto, Sangat Gampang Cari Segala Jenis Makanan. Pelayanan dari Staff Juga Superb, terutama Satpam yg Selalu Tersenyum dan Selalu Menyapa setiap tamu hotel. Fasilitas Agak Kurang karena tidak punya apa2, memang khusus buat Tidur saja. Kebersihan Juga Agak Kurang, Jam 4 Check In kamar belum Ready. Saat Sudah Ready dan masuk kamar, Terlihat lorong jalan menuju kamar dipenuhi oleh seprai dan kain bantal yg kotor.
