menginap disini sangat menyenangkan. petugasnya ramah. sarapan setiap hari berubah menu dan lumayan enak. dengan harga yg murah sudah menginap disini dan dapat sarapan.

its faboulous to stay here,near city centre :) and the staff are so helpfull :)

優點: 便宜, 前台小姐姐熱心，熱情，有服務意識 缺點:房間很小，洗澡的區域對身材較大的人不友好，花灑兩頭出水，酒店的早餐感覺是別的餐館前一天賣不完打包過來的😭

Good that only not very good

Good: - Firm and big mattress - Friendly staff - No sound of a mosque to keep you awake at night - Very nice shower Could be better: - Sound insulation in general; I would have liked it if during the night the hotel would turn off the music that is played in the hallway all day. I'm a very light sleeper so I require my earbuds every night. It's easy to hear the sounds coming from the neighboring rooms as well.

因為對前一天的居住比較滿意，又續住一天。竟然發現每天的早餐有變化。與國內完全不同的是，印尼酒店從來不會引導顧客去寫評價。

Nice places

The hotel was unable to find in Waze and Google Map until we asked someone. The front desk staff aren't well verse in English and struggling to understand our English and broken bahasa Indonesia. Booked a room via 永安 and promised King bed but the hotel staff said all economy room comes with queen bed. We found booking information was misleading and felt cheated. There wasn't a toilet paper in the bathroom and I asked for twice. Promised to deliver but did not. The pillows of the room are not for normal human being and my partner has to remove more than half of the " artificial form" of the pillows to reduce height.( I m more than 5 feet and he is more than 6 feet height).... otherwise it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with this kind of pillow.

The location of this hotel is near to USU and malls. I love the hospitality here, the cleaner clean the hotel room everyday, they change to new a towel every day. The breakfast menu a bit limited and for the drinks they only served coffee, tea, plain water and orange cordial water everyday. The wifi is fast. The economical standard room is quite small and only fit for 2 people, if you wish to bring yoyr kids please book a bigger room.If you are looking for cheap hotel in Medan with good location and service, i guess the Batik hotel is the best bet. I would definitely will stay at this hotel again in the future.
