The hotel cleanliness is very bad. insects flying over inside the room. Toilet bowl having dirty marks. Eventhough is cheap but the condition is really bad for the money paid. The hotel staff is very good and polite. Breakfast was average only.

The hotel is at strategic location and the room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast also served varieties of Indonesian dishes. Our only complaint is we booked non smoking room but we are told it’s full and we have to stay at smoking room with strong tobacco smell. Hotel staff tried to spray room freshener but the strong smell still lingers. Overall the hotel is a good stay if you just want comfortable and safe place to sleep after a long day, but don’t expect luxurious facilities or services.

Here we also booked non smoking rooms, at arrival we got one non smoking room only. We need to accept one smoking room. We did not accept and they said they have one more non smoking room but different floor. We accept this without knowing the danger of different floor with the kids. We stayed at 4th floor and children at 3rd floor. The things is kids got un easy during the night and wanted to go to us but the lift is only accessible for 3rd floor. They are in Panic and we were in Panic too. We call reception to ask help and instead of coming to help children they asked children to come down to the lobby reception than they activate 4th floor lift. Breakfast is moderate Service not desirable/standaard Hotel 3 / 4 stars small room. Not friendly atmosphere may be because we are the same like them Indonesian There is no attitude between hotel and guests

Kamar luas & sesuai tipe pilihan,tapi sepertinya jika memesan melalui aplikasi..pihak resepsionis memilih kamar yg "seadanya" alias tidak sama kondisinya jika langsung bayar di tempat..ini sudah beberapa kali saya alami..semoga ada perbaikan layanan utk selanjutnya,resepsionis pria harus bersikap lebih ramah & friendly lagi yah..selain hal itu semuanya sudah cukup baik.

Good hotel and breakfast is great but photos are confusing because deluxe room is really poor and photos on app belong to better room. Thats why, later I talked with reception and upgraded my room with some extra payment. I recommend you better room.

The Deluxe twin bed room that I got was not the same as the pictures on 永安. The pillow cover and the towels looked like they have been used for many years. The room is definitely not typical for 4-star hotel. The included breakfast was good. I just wished that the photos are of actual room so I could have made an informed decision.
