No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

I hate this hotel...1st time I stay at 4 star without hot water.....I book 4 day and 3 night....but just stay one night there....the next day I check out...its waste my money...when I complain to 永安. Com.also never gv me good feedback...just say hotel management never reply..so bad response...i more prefer agoda...good response from them.

I stayed here with my family during our holiday in Medan. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has its own charm. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the nice swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Very beautiful hotel with very good location. Staff were friendly , just charged me 50k IR for losing my access card.  All in all, it is a beautiful hotel and I recommend it.
