The stay was okay overall, but the experience felt bleak and impersonal. The room was acceptable and served its basic purpose, but there was very little atmosphere or warmth. What stood out most was the lack of customer support online — it was difficult to get help or answers before and during the stay, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. It works if you just need a place to sleep, but don’t expect much support or engagement beyond that.
