OYO 92430 安諾拉民宿 (OYO 92430 Anora Homestay)

The staff were nice and friendly. The courtyard was very nice and the entrance to the hotel was clearly marked and clean and tidy. There was also drinking water for guests to use. The first room that I was givn was nicer looking than the second one. However, the bed and toilet were very smelly and dirty. So, they changed me to another room where the bathroom and bed were just as dirty and badly stained, just not as smelly. They promised to change the bedcover and never did. Also, the ac was not working properly and I couldn't control it. There was also a TV in the room, but no reception rendering it useless. It was kind of musty n the room. So, the air circulation was poor. Thus, my allergies bothered me at night. The paint was coming off the walls and there was a precarious looking, huge crack in the wall. The hotel has a lot of potential to be really nice. I would have stayed longer those things were taken cared of. If so, I would love to stay again.
