阿耶達帕洛阿爾託 (Hotel Ayenda Palo Alto)

Publicidad engañosa! False advertising of photos to glamorise a sub-par hotel. The front of the hotel is nothing like in the photos so it was hard to find. The worst things were that the pipe behind the sink was broken and detached so all the water we used ran onto the bathroom floor and flooded the bathroom floor and main room. The hot water tap in the shower was broken and took ages plus a lot of fiddling to turn off, because of this I ended up burning myself on the first night because I didn't know how it worked, had turned off the cold tap whilst the hot water was still running. The room we got was very small, stuffy and the fan was incredibly strong, loud and had only one setting. All the furniture is old and tacky. The blinds didn't have a drawstring for opening and closing them so we had to either do it by hand or leave them closed for privacy. They put us in a room right next to the main room which was incredibly noisy so neither me nor my friend slept well throughout our stay. The receptionists were very unhelpful, distant and unprofessional. When I asked how to complain, she simply stated "on the website" as though I was the problem, and there was no enquiry as to why I might be complaining or what the problems might have been - very unprofessional. It's cheap, the location is good and the check in was easy. These are the only saving graces.

立地は比較的安全な場所に位置していて不便さは無かったです。しかし、シャワーがほぼ水であったり、掛け布団なし、エアコンが壊れているなど、寒い思いを沢山しました。 特にエアコンが壊れているのと、掛け布団なしなのは安楽を阻害するものでした。
