The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were both amazing. The breakfast is incredible. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Close walking distance to many restaurants, markets and the eco park.

This hotel is very clean. He beds are incredibly comfortable. It is in a super fancy and safe neighbourhood but that means that there is not much in walking distance. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pool and the rooftop area are both awesome. Would highly recommend this hotel

坐在床上雙腿發癢，打電話給前台要求更換床品，前台説管家已經下班了，然後派了一個工作人員，幫我換了床單，並把原先的被子抱走重新抱了一床沒有被罩的被子給我，我心想算了，工作人員不説英語，我自己套上被罩吧！卻發現另外一個也是床單，於是WhatsApp和前台聯繫，前台説這是他們能做的最大努力了。。。我繼續跟他們溝通要求換房間，前台開始説他們的被子是很乾凈的，肯定是我自己過敏了之類，如果換了房間還是一樣的話他們也做不了什麼blah blah。。。。。如果是過敏，不可能衹是接觸過床品的雙腿發癢吧？我堅持要麼換房，要麼退房才給我換了房間。。。對於這樣高評分的酒店處理問題的方式真讓人失望。。。 洗手枱盆的高度太高，洗個手水都會從手肘流下來。。。

A beautiful new hotel in El Poblado. A short taxi from the madness that is Provenza. The 3rd floor is fantastic with the hydrotherapy pool and the infrared sauna. There is also a listening room and yoga room. The staff were so attentive and genuinely warm. The quality of the grab and go non alcoholic and alcohol drinks was high. Coffee amazing. They've nailed it with the breakfast option. No fear of cold scrambled eggs or overeating at a breakfast buffet. I enjoyed both the shakshuka and the benny. I had my laundry done as well and they said it was be ready by the next day but it was done the same day. Definitely stay here!!
