Highlight is the location, very near to Karak Express, where you can grab and go your biryani, shawarma etc. The room has large windows overlooking the city and you can simply relax enjoying people watching. Summing up, a perfect hotel and we absolutely love our short stay here.

The hotel is a relatively new one, with the rooms being exquisitely decorated and clean. Love the nude and calming colours used in the rooms. My stay was comfortable, and service was good. The hotel is just a stones throw away from Masjidil Nabawi, and it was convenient to be walking to the mosque for prayer which took less than 3 mins! Food was readily accessible with the many shops all around the hotel. I did find it odd that the hotel is advertised on 永安 with a no-child policy yet they told me that it was not true when I checked with the staff. I would have preferred it to be an adult only hotel since that was why I wanted to book anyway, because the room walls were quite thin, and we could hear kids screaming in the other rooms haha! But just small issue of course.

Excellent hotel, located by Hilton hotel within close proximity to all amenities. The hotel itself is in the ideal spot for coffee shops,food and the taiga shopping mall but more importantly near the gates for both men and women to pray in the Masjid Al Nawabi’ which is so convenient. The hotel staff are all very polite and mannerful, and always ready to help., especially housekeeping staff are always at hand with nothing being too much for them to do. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone as it is still like new with the furniture and condition of the rooms, we will be staying here again without a doubt.

mehmonxonasida juda qulay va yoqimli dam oldik. Eng katta ustunligi – Masjid al-Haramga juda yaqin joylashgani. Piyoda bir necha daqiqada yetib boris mumkin, bu ayniqsa Umra safarida juda qulay. Xonalar keng, toza va zamonaviy jihozlangan. Yotoqlar juda qulay, konditsioner tizimi mukammal ishlaydi. Har kuni sifatli tozalash xizmati bor. Derazadan ko‘rinish ham juda chiroyli. Nonushta juda boy va mazali – turli milliy va xalqaro taomlar mavjud. Xodimlar juda muloyim, tezkor va yordam berishga tayyor. Check-in va check-out jarayoni tez va muammosiz o‘tdi. Oilaviy safar uchun ham, ibodat uchun kelgan mehmonlar uchun ham juda mos mehmonxona. Keyingi safarimizda albatta yana shu yerda to‘xtaymiz. Tavsiya qilaman! 🌟

The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

Hotel is really nice and good location. Robi in housekeeping on floor 11 was excellent and super helpful. The only negative is the elevators are a bit dangerous they close really quickly.

Just got back from a stay at this place and it was seriously spotless. Everything felt so new and modern, which was a nice surprise. Plus, it was super convenient, right one building removed from masjid al nabawi. Definitely a good find if you're looking for a clean and well-located spot. Would totally recommend checking it out.
