I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent stay. The lift had an extremely unpleasant odor, which was intolerable and caused significant discomfort. Moreover, no drinking water was provided in the room despite multiple requests, which were completely ignored by the staff. The air conditioning was also poorly maintained .The room became excessively cold during the night, and despite requesting assistance, no corrective action was taken. As a result, we experienced a highly disturbed and uncomfortable night. Due to these unresolved issues, we were stay disturbing night I trust you will take appropriate measures to address these concerns. That no other face it and irresponsible behaviour of hotel staff

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan masjid nabawi, sehingga sangat memudahkan Ibadah di Masjid Nabawi. Namun pelayanan perlu ditingkatkan, kamar kami bidetnya rusak, saya sudah melapor ke resepsionis di hari pertama, namun hingga kami selesai menginap selama 5 hari, keluhan kami tidak ditindaklanjuti, air panas juga tidak bisa digunakan. Keunggulan hotel ini adalah sangat dekat dengan masjid Nabawi. Terima kasih

Very close location to Haramayn, easy access to food courts and shopping centres. Hotel service is okay, had a issue with over staying and payments. Hotel service refused to credit one night stay which was not required.
