Room was too small as charges were higher, n proper room servives, the bathroom was so tiny and bad, flush system was not good, so faar away from ladies side, not satisfied, better to take hotels around gate 330

I arrived at the hotel at 16:00 on the booking time and wait for the room for almost two and a half hours. The staff was not friendly. This was a terrible experience in this hotel.

Sempat terjadi kesalahan pahaman terkait pembayaran, saya sdh melakukan pembayaran lewat 永安 tp petugas hotel bilang TDK terima pembayaran online... Setelah berdebat akhirnya pembayaran kami terkonfirmasi... Sepertinya hotel ini jarang menerima tamu yg pesan lewat OTA..

Location is excellent. Value for money for non fussy travellers. Beds and rooms were acceptable. We booked 3 rooms. One of the rooms had water chokage but it cleared after a while.

Tge hotel location matters a lot, especially for commuting to Madinah. In terms of rush, it also reflects the popularity of the hotel and the busyness of the surrounding area. If there is a rush even on normal days, it can be a positive aspect for the hotel but it may need better planning in terms of guest comfort.
