Great Stay, close proximity to haram. Top class cleanliness and hotel staff Abu Salman had been very courteous in providing amenities and always available whenever any help needed. Will definitely book again

Was a clean hotel. Online booking said this was 5 stars but actually its a 3 star hotel as shown on official paper at the reception. To be giant I don't have any issues.. everything was good. I took my mum on wheelchair and there was no issue. My mum felt cold and it made her arthritis worse- Mr Sared ( some form of supervisor) sent an oil filled heater. This was really helpful.

My booking was cancelled at the time of check in from the hotel side and they shifted in different hotel which was not good and also the hotel they shifted me in it was not equal to the amount i paid for this hotel

An amazing hotel with even better staff! Every single staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was bright, spacious, and faced Mount Uhud—absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect: just a 6–7 minute walk to Gate 335 , and only 4 minutes to the food street and the viral Rose Ice Cream shop. There are plenty of shops nearby as well. The service was outstanding—from Mr. Dulal Miah, the breakfast servers, managers, and chef, to Ms. Shahad at reception, who made our stay extra special. Everything was seamless, comfortable, and welcoming. I 10/10 recommend this hotel. They truly made our Madinah experience so memorable and comfortable!

Hotel is in decent location 3-4 min walk to haram, ideal for women as it’s close to women’s entrance Hotel does need some cosmetic upgrades, rooms are small but overall I would stay again.

Mashaallah Jahid and Emon have been extremely helpful. They would almost respond almost immediately. They have been very careful towards my 10 year old son who was ill. I would highly recommend them.
