🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An absolutely wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable – just a minute’s walk to the Haram. The hotel is spotless, always smells fresh, and the staff at reception and housekeeping are extremely professional, humble, and welcoming. Rooms are perfectly sized, with cozy beds, excellent bathrooms, and great amenities. I loved the complimentary Nespresso machine with unlimited pods, free drinks, and the fruit/snack basket delivered every other day. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and an impressive selection of teas and coffees. The hotel also has a beautiful prayer area. For families, this hotel is perfect – it has a kids’ nursery and play area with a nanny’s supervision, so parents can relax while children are entertained in a safe environment. One of the best hotels in Madinah – highly recommended for both families and solo travelers.

Totally lovely stay with warm and helpful hotel staffs! Always willing to lend a helping hand whenever approaching them! Easy walking distance to Masjidil Haram. Everything is at the doorsteps. Easy access to food and amenities! Awesome breakfast served daily with change of meals daily and huge area to cater to huge crowds! Walking distance to Masjid Nabawi; 2-3 mins and you reached the gates! Would definitely return back here!! Thank you all for the amazing hospitality!

We had a very wonderful experience at Sofitel hotel in Madinah. This hotel is very close to the Haram, easy access to food and shops around. Service is very good. Breakfast and half board is a good choice. My kids loved the deluxe room.

I would like to bring to your attention that one of my thoubs was damaged after using the iron provided. Upon inspection, I discovered that the iron was dirty and had stains on its surface, which subsequently caused marks and damage to my thoub. Although an attempt was made to wash and clean the thoub, it was unsuccessful in removing the burnt stains. Unfortunately, the damage has already been done, and no action can truly replace or restore my thoub
