Everything was very good I am satisfied with service und recommend others also

The only downside is its location. The mattresses are very worn. The doors are difficult to open.

Positive : location is on the first line to medina Prophets mosque. 24/7 open shop for snacks in the lobby . The beds are hard and good. Air con but alot of noise. Negative : when we arrived, the first room we got smelled smoke. Even though we had ordered a smoke-free room. We went to the reception and they told us that they had one more room available. So we got the second room. The advantage of the second room was that it didn't smell like smoke. But the lock didn't work. There was no towels and paper in the room. We told them, and they gave us paper and towels. We were there for five nights in total. There was no room service. We asked for room service at least 1-2 times a day. They always answered, Inshallah, and then nothing ever happened. The same with the door lock. We told them that the lock dont work as it should. They only answered, Inshallah we fix . But as usual nothing happened . In the middle of the night, around 2-3 in the night, we had to change the door lock . The room was connected to another room with a door to split the rooms wich gave a lot of noise. At the end we just gave up and started using our friends hotel - hotel taiba suites . probably the best location u can have- is hotel taiba suites and the hotels located around there . if the things above doesnt matter for you , you can stay there have a nice stay . Personally i would never stay here again , only good thing is location . Hotel should be renamed to : Hotel InShaAllah .

Lumayan bagus, dekat dengan masjid nabawi. Makanannya enak

The hotel’s location near the Prophet’s Mosque is excellent, making it convenient for visitors. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Rooms felt outdated, cleanliness was lacking, and staff were slow to respond to requests. Parking is free .While the location is a big plus, the service and facilities need significant improvement.

Chambre et salle de bain pas propre du tout. Les draps ne semblaient pas être changés... Mauvaise hygiène. Localisation bonne proche de la masjid e nabwi.

Good for location, Hotel is not clean , all the furniture too old, toilet is not clean need refurbishment, not worth for money

Location is amazing, rooms and bathrooms cleanliness are average, hotel should take care about this point
