The service is excellent. The Location is nice. Near with restaurants and comfortable to go around. The room is tidy and clean. Also have a nice view. The swimming pool was one of the most our fav about this apartment. I’m sure that gonna love that view.

地點位置 是不錯，靠近雞場街， 不過不是每個房間都漂亮 才入住沒多久 冷氣就漏水，漏在電視機的方向，叫人來處理，也沒人來 就衹是説會退10%的錢而已 什麼都做不了🙃 廁所沒有鏡子

Nice to stay here, only parking problem, if u have 2car, u need come back early to park in to visitors parking . If not at night time 10 something security will inform u no parking anymore . Or else the security guard is said need paid parking fee just can park in (one security want us to paid Rm250) crazy (p/s: no visitors parking but if u paid then can park in ) . We just park to nearby parking and walk back homestay .

Very unpleasant stay will nvr come back again! Basin chocked , toilet smelly, dusty, pillow yellowish and very flat, each bed on got 2 flat disgusting pillow! No amenities no floor mat…

Almost everything is perfect. Take note that 永安 dot com final price does not include cleaning fees of RM99 for 1 night for my case. and also need a deposit of RM200.

Old dated but clean for an aged apartment. Execept found sweet wrapper stuff between sofa gaps The mattress and pillow was bit thin. If beddings can be white not grey or dark brown, will give a cleaner impression. Provision of House sliippers would be nice. But overall ok for price paid

Good deal in terms of cleanliness, location & security etc.. Suggest to contact management thru whatsup before arrival for keys info as there's no counter but you can get help from staff of condo. Also provide your car plate nos to get designated parking lot.

Comfortable stay for a family of 9, the living arrangements fits us better than staying in a hotel. Pool table was an added value, allowed us to bond and have quality time. Cleanliness is satisfactory, maybe some attention needed on the grouting and shower glass panel, otherwise all good. Would be great if the unit provide microwave, rice cooker and washing machine, similar to service residences. Providing rice cooker does not equate to heavy cooking, especially for a short-term visit. Overall a delightful stay 👍🏻👍🏻
