Customer service is very slow in response. Instructions given is not clear on ow to check-in. Key cards has no indication on where to use. Keycard is very difficult to detect the door lock and parking. Call customer service nobody pick up the call when I'm stuck there. Phone coverage was very bad at the lobby. Room: Simple but bed sheet with stain on the sofa bed. Only 3 blanket provided but stated 2 bedroom with 4 beds. Wifi speed is very very bad at night. Room is Not "clean" is the TV on by itself at midnight. Very difficult to get into the lift during peak hours, waited very long for the lifts. No enough lifts to service the crowd. Will I return: NO NO NO!!

checking is a mess, no pre acknowledgement for how and need to make deposits online. booked unit is really dirty with oily floor and dirty bed sheet. worst housekeeping or better say no housekeeping as bits left behind from previous clients. lifts are very wet as well as the around the pool area. lack of staffs to control watery slippers getting out from pool site, swimming attires seems not in force as wearing T shirts into the pool were not controlled. not recommending to anybody.

#winhkflight We stayed at Bali Residences for 1 night. It is located in Kota Laksamana which is located in between the main attractions in Malacca. The unit we stayed in is well equipped. This Unit allows up to 6 adults. It has a double bed, sofa bed and 2 futon mattresses. However it is just a 1 bed, 1 bathroom unit. There's a microwave, water filter, WiFi, smart TV, fridge, stove and washing machine. It is a city view unit without balcony. Just a small air-cond ledge big enough to fit 1 adult and dry your clothes. The facilities are quite good. Huge swimming pool, water park for kids, sauna, gaming centre, cafe, hotpot restaurant, gym, tennis, basketball, futsal and even a small skate with rock climbing area. Overall I would recommend this homestay. It all depends on which owner you're renting from.

Is clean but the bathroom was smell cockroach mothballs. The shower foam container is very fragile and when press the thing came out. Need to pay for it. Another thing the drainage water is blocked where the water didn't flow fast . Overall not happy when been inform alcohol not allowed when check in after paying the deposit. 1 st thing should inform while doing booking all this terms n conditions. Will not book anymore.

Good location, very near to everywhere. When we check in the cleaner seems to just finish cleaning, still have bubbles and foams everywhere in the washroom 😂
