廁所很臟,而且浴缸也是臟的,晚上睡的時候會覺得燈蟲一直飛來飛去,很奇怪又很不舒服,但是冷氣冷也有電視可看

Overall, the stay was moderate but worth the price paid. The room was very spacious and even came with a bathtub, which was a nice touch. However, the air-conditioning had a slight smell — I used my own room spray to freshen it up. It’s a comfortable place for a short stay or a night’s rest, especially if you’re not expecting luxury but just need a clean and spacious room at a reasonable rate. Do note that basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, and room slippers are not provided, so travellers should prepare their own.

Hotel Kingston in Melaka is a very decent hotel. The room is spacious and staff is friendly. Free wifi and drinking water dispenser. Good hot shower, big pressure. Location is great! Only the building is old (as all buildings in Melaka are) and thus it's not soundproof. I could hear my neighbours and people walking in the hallway (very late, about 1am at night people coming back continuously). Neighbours taking a shower also causes a loud sound (my shower should be disturbing for them as well I guess). So keep that in mind. The room is OK, good AC. Hotel exterior is also very nice. It's worth the price if you can find yourself a good deal.

This was my second time staying here for three nights, two rooms. The location is good, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel there are two coffee shops with local Chinese food and opposite there are a few Muslim stalls. There is also a shopping mall diagonally opposite the coffee shops with fast food restaurants. For riverside is about 8 minutes walk and also to Jonker Street. Hotel front office staff are friendly and service is good, attentive. The two rooms we stayed were clean and aircon cool. Overall, comfortable, will definitely stay here when I visit Malacca again.

An outstanding really nice hotel, We enjoyed 3 nights It was amazing. Our room was big nice, clean and the Reception and cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. Near the hotel walking along 3-5 minutes you can find a lot of restaurants and Markets. We will come again next year. Saidagha from Germany.

The room condition was below expectations. The carpet felt old and not very clean when walking barefoot. The wardrobe door was broken, and I found a sanitary pad wrapper left in the drawer of the dressing table. There was also a false eyelash stuck on the shower head. The next morning, I even noticed small cockroaches in the room. In addition, the room was not soundproof, as I could clearly hear people opening doors, walking, and talking in the hallway. When I reported these issues during check-out, the front desk staff did not apologize or show concern. He only mentioned that he would ask someone to check. I hope the hotel can improve cleanliness, maintenance, and staff service so that future guests can have a more comfortable experience.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The location is convenient and the cleanliness is well maintained. Spacious room and bathroom. The only downside is that the room had a damp/wet smell, possibly coming from the floor mat. It's terrible. Other than that, everything was great. The service was alright, basic.

Location is convenient, about 5-7 minutes walk to Jonker area. There is also a convenience store opposite. Many eateries and cafe around the hotel too. The room is huge and spacious. Service is good and friendly, the staff are alert at the reception table and towels are changed daily, but travellers have to bring your own shaver, toothpaste, toothbrush.
