帶家人出遊馬六甲，酒店設施比較舊，環境一般，地板容易打滑，看不到海；周邊商業看起來比較蕭條，榴蓮下市，周邊榴蓮店關門了

Quite clean if you compare to other similar standard hotels in the area, booked it at a cheap rate so cannot complain much for the price paid… Soap is somehow 3-in-1… Wifi was good when I checked in, but got pretty bad when i returned from dinner… not sure what happened… lazy to go down to the reception so just slept early Overall, it was alright. Location was amazing tho, 10 mins to the nearest mall, heng chicken rice balls across the street :)

Hotel is strategically located. Room was nice except there were spots on the duvet. There was a soap dispenser in the shower which we assume it was all in one soap (hair and body) since there was no label or shampoo provided in the bathroom. Didn't interact much with the hotel staffs as we were out all day but the receptionist was kind enough to explain a out the Tourism Tax to us👍

We have regulars in this hotel and we have always enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly, location is good. This time around, we wanted to use the gym and it was a disappointment. Most of the equipment were not in working order and that put a dent to our stay

房間很不錯，很大，乾淨，設施很不錯，帶樓頂泳池，還有樓頂觀景台，晚上俯瞰馬六甲很不錯，前台有個傲嬌男不是很舒服，態度冷淡傲慢，很少看到服務人員，其他都很好👍

highly recommended to traveller. parking a bit far from hotel. clean n tidy room.. hotel smell so fresh. good staff..should improve facilities at the gym. too much machine under maintainen. no aircon.. one more thing why escalator infront hotel lobby was not function.

The room hotel just ok. AC is cold. Limited TV channel tv1,tv2, tv3&sport. Staff hotel is helpful & friendly. Deposit rm50 if you check in to the hotel. Parking free provide by the hotel. The breakfast just ok. Easy to get food & beverage by walking distance.

Staying there for 2 nights for medical check-up at Mahkota Hospital. To Mahkota is around 10-15 minutes walking. Or you could have Grab for 5 minutes. The hotel just close enough with restaurants, and others. Breakfast is fair enough with the budget. And the taste quite good.
