Extended stay after 2N2D last minute deal booking., b cos only that my stay room windows can be opened for air ventilation (Stayed on higher floor) . Generally, my stay room needs serious consideration for refurbishment.

非常差，中國人不騙中國人，不要定這家，很爛，沒有一次性拖鞋，前台説沒貨很久了，沒有一次性牙刷，熱水也不熱，衞生間排水系統差，洗個澡整個衞生間都是水

我和女友住了4個晚上，房號1817。 以下是真實入住體驗： 入住： 我在永安上預定，從9/9 - 13/9， 總共 RM511.67 (4晚)。 除了網上預定價格外，我到現場辦理入住時也被收取了RM16 (rm4x4晚)的額外費用，櫃枱人員聲稱是「馬六甲税收」。 值得表揚的是，辦理入住的速度非常快，排隊到我的時候大概只花了3分鐘就完成辦理程序。 房間優點： 1. 電視機可以看Youtube，也可以輸入網址看自己想看的電影網站。 2. 衞生間非常乾淨，有一面非常大的鏡子，並且有小窗口可以直接看到卧室。 3. 洗澡水壓很大。 4. 冷氣夠冷，也可以自行調節温度和風量。 房間缺點： 1. 水温忽冷忽熱不太穩定，並且淋浴空間相當小，只勉強夠一個人使用。 2. 沒有吹風筒。 3. 櫥櫃裡的保險箱是壞的，不能上鎖。 酒店評價： 總的來說我對這4晚的居住體驗很滿意，因為酒店的位置非常好，無論是馬六甲博物館、Bukit Melaka、或是雞場街文化坊都能在步行20分鐘內到達。 酒店後方步行5分鐘就能找到Kopitiam和按摩店，性價比非常高。 如果還會回來馬六甲，我想我很大幾率會再入住這間酒店！

Family room is spacious  Hotel is aged but considered well maintained except the room we stayed , the toilet had a very bad sewage smell , so bad that you won’t want to shower for too long , that’s the downside .

An extend review from my previous post as I extended my stay at this hotel. Their in room dining was superb! Our kids love their vast variety of menus they could choose from. I truly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be coming back!

房間在角落很安靜，窗戶是可以開的，樓層給我們安排的10樓，風景很好，空氣也很好，房間乾淨衞生，就是設施有點舊了，熨斗是壞的，熨板也很臟，前台小哥哥小姐姐態度特別好，笑臉盈盈的。 交通很便利，軟件上打不到車，但是往前走走能找到taxi，對面就是英雄廣場，景點步行就能到。

The hotel exhibits signs of age, and the counter staff lacks professionalism. They appear tired and irritable, chewing food while standing on the counter. Occasionally, there is no staff present at the counter. The room is spacious cleanliness is okay. The bathroom is sufficiently large and designed with practicality in mind. However, the soap holder is missing, necessitating the use of shower lotion while showering. Despite these minor shortcomings, the hotel’s location in the city centre is exceptional. If you prioritise location and value for money, this hotel is worth considering. However, if you seek service and amenities, this may not be the best choice.

overall rly liked my stay! good value for money - spacious room, relatively clean. there’s a desk + chair in the room, as well as a chair (?) for your luggage - shower has good water pressure and heater was easy to use. aircon in the room was strong as well - service at the front desk was prompt and warm - location is good! near mahkota parade and a couple of other malls/shopping centres, with convenience stores like family mart & 7/11 within walking distance. - also abt 15-20 min walk to jonker street - amenities could be better — the gym was tiny and poorly maintained, with very little equipment. - noted that they have a few restaurants but didn’t try the food! they did give me a free high tea voucher for 2 days of my stay though, which was a nice gesture.

Is a good hotel, staff cant do much from my observation due to lack of worker. Guest extend check out so early guest must wait unti 3pm. Just imagine we from SG, from Terengganu and arrive a little early about 130 to 200 pm but cant check in, although hotel help with our luggage.
