Overall - Good Check in - Easy and fast. Room - comfortable, good, brightly lit. Facilities - Normal decent size gym for a resort. Only treadmills are powered, the rest are not connected. Parking - secured and sheltered. Shared carpark with hotel beside. Free parking - validate at lobby before exiting.

Great Stay in Melaka! The room was very clean and nicely designed. Location is convenient with easy access to attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bathroom and facilities were modern and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a comfortable business 永安!

Modern and high tech hotel, the hotel provides free parking and has many restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was easy as staff can speak good English and instructions were clear. Rooms are modern and has many amenities like body lotion, slippers, toothbrush set and more. The room also provides a good view of the city scape. Air-conditioning is quite good, cools the room quickly even in hot weather. I came to the hotel via motorcycle, the carpark is sheltered and has a security guard looking after it 24/7. Highly recommended to stay here if your budget allows. Visited 12 Jul 2025

I recently stayed here and location conveniently situated near the city centre, making it incredibly easy to access numerous attractions on foot. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, setting a perfect start to my day. The room was well-equipped with basic amenities, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for travellers looking for convenience and comfort.

Clean and quiet hotel . Spacious and all amenities are available . There is a capsule coffee machine in the room . But no cakes were sent to room as promised from the crew - for birthday celebration . Poor front desk service , a bit slow and unfriendly . Used to stay here several times but this time was not that pleasant . Check - in 3/7 @ 8.30pm ( the front desk lady was rude ) . Hope the hospitality service may be improved .

The hotel is clean and the location is good, near to a lot of good eateries and also shopping malls. Though the check-in was a little cold, we were later engaged by the duty manager, Ms Shikin and when she realised I was celebrating my birthday, she sent up a birthday treat of mini cakes and macron. Such a wonderful touch of excellent service.

Great staff! Prompt and friendly. Assisted to my every need, recommended hotel to stay. It’s nearby to most food area and minimart, so it’s lovely and convenient.  Breakfast is great! Oh ya, the cleanliness is there! The room, bed sheet and pillow are clean. Superb!

Value for money hotel. Excellent room cleanness. However the wifi connection platform is very poorly designed. After logged in with user name and password, your devices will auto logout after few minutes. You must keep typing in user name and password again and again. All my 5 devices had similar problems so issue not related to device.

The hotel looked elegant and nice. But they need to improve more on the cleanliness and services. For example, the tv in our room was merely just another piece of furniture to me as there's nothing on it, as called the room service, the sent people to look into it, and get it fixed with few basic channels ( unclear and blurry screen that needs to be adjusted in the antenna). Then the bathroom screens were scribbled and it was fixed ( not as what I saw in the video where the screens supposedly can be rolled up and down whenever needed). When I confronted these things with the front desk, they said this is what it is for the room I booked, and only the executive rooms are equipped with android TV and many other things. I was disappointed in this matter. But besides this, the hotel was a great choice, the food was nice and there are a variety of selections available. Overall, it was 70% satisfaction and 30% expecting betterment.
