1. Deposit has to bank transfer. Still haven't got back my deposit since check out at 12.15pm. It's 7pm now. RM 200 deposit. 2, only 1 plate for 3 kids and 2 adults to use for food. 3. No kitchen knife provided to cook. 4. Slow response to complaints or requests. 5. Troublesome to get key from locker & even check out procedure is not defined. 6. Wi-Fi signal is the poorest since I have travelled so many places. Btw no telco service at level 33. 7. Air conditioning not serviced and it's hot! 8. No washing machine unlike other operators. If your business is service industry and you're not interested to service, please shut it down,

房子空間不錯，位置也不錯，風景一級棒，無敵海景 衹是房東回覆有點慢…… 房裡的鞦韆有點鬆，很危險 大致上都很不錯的～

2 nights stay here.Location very good, out of congested area. Clean and spacious. Suitable for family.Good customer service. My suggestion is to provide washing machine.Tq.

Bilik cantik dan bersih, view cantik dan kolam yang besar.. masalah nya 1 je.. lot parking yang sangat jauh dari lift menyusahkan nak angkat atau turun barang kena drop off dulu tepi lift baru park dan jalan semula ke arah lift.. sistem refund yang perlu 24 jam dipulangkan semula dan u kena sabar ye..dia tak akan update melainkan customer dah bising baru nak respon.. yang ni tiada washing machine ye harap maklum.. tak berbaloi untuk repeat..

House 100% same as picture. Very clean and the mattress very comfortable.. the staff very helpful, when i need iron they immediately response and delivery to unit. feel like a stay at hotel. Would recommend.

公寓很乾凈，對於帶着一個兩歲孩子的家庭，覺得屋主提供以下設備很有人幫助。 1. 方便餵食的小童餐椅 2. 方便洗澡的嬰兒浴盆和矮凳 3. 安全的低木板床墊 屋主的回覆很迅速，房間設備齊全，缺點小童餐椅和浴盆需要預約，有點擔心會預約不到。
