Checked in at midnight and came to know the seats broken and couldn’t get escalated

Overall, it was a good stay. On the first night, we arrived very late and were given a room where the lock on one of the bedroom windows was broken. Since the room faced a highway, the noise was extremely loud. Additionally, the ventilation system was faulty and couldn’t be turned off, it only stopped when I switched off the circuit breaker. I contacted the front desk, but they said there were no available rooms and promised to arrange a room change for the next day. On the following day, the staff at the front desk had changed. I mentioned the situation from the previous night, and they were already aware of it. They promptly assisted me with the room change, and by that evening we had successfully moved to a new room, which was much better. It was clear that the front desk kept clear records and helped us with the transition to the new room, ensuring that we had an overall enjoyable experience.

NOTE FOR EVERYONE : $150 DEPOSIT This property should update deposit policy on booking app. When I booked it, I called the hotel regarding deposit and they said it depends on the room I've booked, and the deposit will be between $1-100. When I came in, I need to pay $150 for deposit which is wrong information from them before. It's better to state it clearly on booking app so everyone can prepare for it. Deposit payment return to my account in 7 days. There is no issue with other things when I stayed in this hotel. My family really loved it. The tram stop just in front of the hotel and only takes 10 minutes to CBD. We stayed in Family 2 bedroom that has city view on 10th floors. Facilities are great, it has washing and dryer machines which is really helpful for someone that has baby or kids. For budget hotel, I would say this is the best experience and value that I've ever stayed in Melbourne. I paid $177 for 2 bedroom on the weekend stayed. Definitely will be back someday. From our first greeting at check-in, the staff here were very friendly and helpful. A couple of cupboard doors here and there weren’t in perfect condition, but the beds were extremely comfortable, the view was great and our family loved the layout! I’d definitely like to stay here again in future.

Sono arrivato e il ragazzo che era alla respitoin da come mi ha visto ha detto che avevo sbaglio hotel e mi ha mandato da un altra parte poi sono tornato e mi ha fatto pagare 150 dollari di caparra e gli ho chiuso dopo quante tempo mi aspetterò o tornati ha detto un paio di giorni dal cek auto dopo una settimana non è tornato nulla poi ho detto che c’era un problema con il Wi-Fi e hanno fatto finta di nulla pessima esperienza e se non tornano i soldi della caparra sarò costretto a una denuncia

公寓式酒店，出入一樓大門、公寓樓大門、電梯、停車場，都需要刷房卡，安全有保障！整個服務公寓樓都給人一種高級感！衞生很不錯！房間寬敞大方，公寓樓門口就是電車站，去墨爾本City其實也就15-20分鐘的時間！！！交通很方便！！！公寓樓下還有一個超市，可以去買點吃吃喝喝的😋公寓配備了冰箱、洗碗機、洗衣機、廚具、微波爐…入住感覺很不錯！！！前台的服務態度也很好！！！總是笑眯眯的！！！很滿意！！！

Did not expect our room would be in 25th floor! The hotel was very clean and rooms are just exactly on the photos posted.
