墨爾本泰瑞街美居酒店 (Mercure Melbourne Therry Street)

酒店近Queen Victoria market, 地點可以和方便，但check out 乘早機，酒店reception 無人on duty, 而且按金AUD$100還要send email通知，才能將voke bank receipt by email 俾我。還要等唔知幾耐先俾番我。我未試過去旅行酒店無人同你check out,要自己把房咭掉進reception個窗入面。這樣我最不滿意！而且，第一天check in 要我用咭付deposit 不是一個問題，要我簽名我先係一個問題，我見其他人都沒有叫佢簽名，而就叫我簽，我就肯定不會簽啦！而我走前也將房內拍照曬照片，免得酒店有些問題！所以，大家請謹慎選擇酒店，這間酒店下次我未必會考慮，因為好冇保障客人！而且個門沒有安全防盜鏈，好彩我帶了防盜鎖，每晚用行李頂住門睡才安心。

這酒店別去。衞生奇差，床上粉塵巨大，打噴嚏打了兩天。訂了兩天，第一晚還沒結束想提前退房被拒絕，導致第二天車停在酒店推薦的停車場後車窗直接被砸。難受。

Had a good stay here. Location is the best, not far from tram station and not too crowded like in the city center. But not cover all amenities. Should bring your own stuff.

Overall, i like this hotel. I have been staying several times in Mercure Indonesia, and i chose this Mercure Melbourne since i will be staying for 9 nights. The room is clean. Amneties are given loyally. It is quite during the night, and i can sleep peacefully. The hot water and air condtioning/heat were great. The location is near the railtrain, so it is easy to go here and there. I definitely will stay here again.

The service was okay, yet we did have a bit of miscommunication with a couple members of staff. For some reason, our key card had been removed from our room that we left in to keep the warm air flowing in the room as it was around 6 degrees celcius (very cold). The facilities themselves were great, we had many kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery, the works! However, the toilets on the floor were locked that should have been accessible to guests. We didn't have any food from the hotel itself.

酒店位置很好，就在女皇市場後邊，距離州立圖書館步行衹要十分鐘，距離卡爾頓園林步行也衹需要十五分鐘，而且酒店處在免費電車區域，搭電車去其它景點也很方便，酒店周圍有7-11，aldi，買東西很方便。酒店房間寬敞，設施齊全，還帶有小廚房，微波爐，冰箱等。重點表揚一下酒店服務，前台會提前發郵件確認到店時間，但是因為飛機延誤，到酒店已經半夜了，也超過了約定好的時間，但是馬上就能聯繫上前台，工作人員也很及時趕到了，check in很有耐心，很熱情，check out的時候也很便捷，把房卡交回前台就可以離店了。這個價格在墨爾本訂到這樣子的酒店性價比相當高的！

The location is very good, especially we went to day tour and the pick up point is very close to the hotel. The room was a bit small, and surprising there is no locking chain, how can a hotel room door without locking chain. The bed mattress was broken and we asked to change the room. This hotel reception is close after 11pm .

This was a really bad and frustrating stay. First, there was a major issue with the shower. The showerhead was faulty and wouldn't stay in place. It actually fell and hit me while I was showering, which is a serious safety hazard. The bathroom design was also poor, as water would constantly overflow from the shower, making the whole floor wet and slippery. When I reported this to the front desk, their attitude was incredibly dismissive, basically acting like it wasn't their problem. When I mentioned the showerhead hit me, they even accused me of lying and offered no real help. What's even crazier is that because a blanket got damp from their leaky shower, they first told me to pay a 20 AUD deposit, but the next day, the charge inexplicably jumped to 100 AUD. I'm being forced to pay an unreasonable fee for damage that was caused by their own faulty facilities. Overall, from the room's facilities to the staff's service and the questionable charges, the experience was a huge disappointment. I strongly advise against staying here. I hope my review is helpful for future guests.

酒店鄰近Victoria Market，機場20分鐘uber就到，free tram zone入邊 剛巧有空房，朝早8點到埗就可以入住，坐完凌晨機一流。 房間大，廁所乾濕分離，不過有些設施偏老舊。每日有專人執房，保持乾淨 澳洲酒店沒有牙膏牙刷拖鞋等個人用品提供，要自己帶

Room was clean. A minor gripe is that there is no chain attached to the door for extra safety. I understand that the doors are double locked, however the chain is standard across all hotels and this is the first time I've seen it removed with the reason being that all chains have been removed since covid? Otherwise a very comfortable stay. Location is very convenient with a tram stop right outside.
